Welcome to Zenith Cinema. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing our professional production arrangements and the use of our corporate website.
In these terms, "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Zenith Media Ltd. "Client", "You", or "Your" refers to the brand representative or organisation commissioning video production services.

To keep project deadlines on track, we establish specific phases for client feedback. Following draft presentation, clients have 7 business days to submit detailed correction requests. Additional restyling requests that conflict with previously approved script frameworks may incur supplementary service fees.
Upon receipt of the final calculated balance payment, we hand over unrestricted digital broadcasting and promotional usage rights for the agreed channels. Zenith Cinema retains visual credit ownership and the basic right to feature project excerpts in our public portfolio showcase, unless explicitly restricted by a signed NDA.
Outdoor location shoots are highly dependent on localized weather patterns. Cancellations or scheduling adjustments made by the client with less than 48 hours’ notice may lead to non-refundable crew reservation fees.
These terms and conditions are built under and governed strictly by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes, claims, or contract reviews will be assessed exclusively within courts of competent jurisdiction located in Nairobi, Kenya.
